Continuing on our journey into the Spookyville, this week we watched Escape to Witch Mountain from 1975. Kids with spooky powers is the theme of this Disney movie - telekinesis, mind reading, telepathy - as we follow orphans Tony and Tia Malone on a journey with many old man friends, to find the answer behind their strange powers. Where are they from? Why does Tony need to play a harmonica to make things levivate? Why does Tia carry around that cool star purse? All questions that are mostly answered though to be honest we were underwhelmed that they were just ... SPOILER ALERT ... aliens and not some cool pint sized witches!
